玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合障眼明片治疗中老年中重度干眼病的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合障眼明片治疗中老年中重度干眼病(DED)的效果。方法:选取2024年1—6月大连医科大学附属第二医院普湾院区收治的72例中老年中重度DED患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各36例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,研究组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合障眼明片治疗。对比两组治疗效果、角膜荧光素染色评分(FL)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)、生活质量[视功能相关生活质量(NEI-VFQ-25)、眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分]。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.041)。治疗前,两组FL评分、BUT、SIT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FL评分、SIT降低,BUT升高,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NEI-VFQ-25、OSDI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NEI-VFQ-25评分升高,OSDI评分降低,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:障眼明片联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗中老年中重度DED的效果显著,可改善患者的眼部症状,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with Zhangyanming tablets in the treatment of moderate to severe dry eye disease(DED)in middle-aged and elderly patients.Methods:Seventy-two middle-aged and elderly patients with moderate to severe DED admitted to Puwan Campus of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January to June 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,while the study group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with Zhangyanming tablets.The treatment efficacy,corneal fluorescein staining score(FL),tear film breakup time(BUT),Schirmer test(SIT),and quality of life[visual function-related quality of life(NEI-VFQ-25),Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)score]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.041).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FL score,BUT,and SIT between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FL score and SIT decreased,and BUT increased in both groups,with the study group showing superior results compared to the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NEI-VFQ-25 and OSDI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NEI-VFQ-25 score increased,and the OSDI score decreased in both groups,with the study group showing better outcomes than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Zhangyanming tablets and sodium hyaluronate eye drops is effective in treating moderate to severe DED in middle-aged and elderly patients,improving ocular symptoms and enhancing quality of life.
