新型工业化推动构建现代化产业体系的理论逻辑与实现路径

摘　　要：现代化工业是现代化产业体系的基础和核心,产业体系的现代化水平主要取决于工业的现代化水平。缔造了“增长奇迹”的中国工业化具有鲜明的后发式、赶超型、压缩式特征,相当长时期内采取粗放发展方式导致中国传统工业化进程存在着明显的历史局限性。基于新发展理念的新型工业化,与建设现代化产业体系的目标要求是高度契合的,实现中国工业“由大转强、从全到优”、构建现代化产业体系,必须摈弃传统工业化模式,坚定不移地走新型工业化发展道路。当前应针对传统工业化进程中存在的突出问题,围绕现代化产业体系的本质特征,强化新型工业化的关键矿产资源供给保障,加快推进产业关键核心技术突破,推进数字经济与产业经济的深度融合,同时进一步擦亮新型工业化的绿色底色,深入持续推进新型工业化,担负起建设社会主义现代化工业强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标的历史使命。As pointed by President Xi,a modernized industrial system is the material and technological basis of a modern nation,and accelerating the construction of a modernized industrial system supported by the real economy is crucial to secure strategic initiative in future development and international competition.Despite that modernized industrial system is a comprehensive concept,modernized industry is its foundation and core.The modernization level of the industrial system is mainly determined by the modernization level of industry.The industrialization of China,which has created a"growth miracle",has distinct characteristics of latecomer,overtaking,and compressing.The traditional industrialization process in China has obvious historical limitations due to the relatively long-term extensive development model.The new industrialization based on new development concepts is highly consistent with the goal of building a modernized industrial system.To achieve China's industrial"transition from large to strong,from all-around to excellent"and build a modernized industrial system,the traditional industrialization model must be abandoned and unswervingly follow the path of new industrialization.At present,we should focus on the outstanding problems in the traditional industrialization process,continuously deepen and promote new industrialization in a sustained manner,guide high-quality development,and shoulder the historical mission of building a socialist modern industrial nation and achieving the second century-long struggle goal.
