摘 要:为获得小麦联合收获机作业产量信息,设计一种集成式、低成本小麦产量实时检测系统。硬件系统包括PVDF压电薄膜传感器、同面弧面式U型电容传感器、4G通信、卫星定位模块等,以集成的方式安装在粮箱输粮搅龙出口。基于KEIL5嵌入式开发平台,设计人机交互界面,实现小麦联合收获机作业过程中小麦产量及含水率等信息的显示、存储与通信等功能。搭建小麦产量与含水率检测试验台,通过试验构建小麦产量及含水率的检测数学模型,多元线性回归模型决定系数分别为0.949和0.989。将该检测系统安装在小麦联合收获机粮箱上方输粮搅龙出粮口处进行田间试验。结果表明:产量检测整体误差≤4.01%,含水率检测整体误差≤3.88%。该检测系统具有结构简单、安装方便的特点,可实现小麦联合收获机产量及含水率的实时检测。To obtain the yield information of wheat combine harvester operations,an integrated and low-cost real-time wheat yield detection system is designed.The hardware system adopts a PVDF piezoelectric film sensor,a co-planar curved surface U-shaped capacitive sensor,4G communication,and satellite positioning modules,which are installed at the outlet of the grain tank auger in an integrated way.Based on the KEIL5 embedded development platform,the software system designs a human-machine interface to display,store,and communicate information such as wheat yield and moisture content during combine harvester operations.A test bench for wheat yield and moisture content detection is built,and a mathematical model for detecting them is constructed through experiments.The coefficients of determination for the multiple linear regression model are 0.949 and 0.989,respectively.The detection system is installed above the wheat combine harvester grain tank at the auger discharge outlet for field testing.The results show that the overall error for yield detection is≤4.01%,and the overall error for moisture content detection is≤3.88%.The system features simple structure and easy installation and realizes real-time detection of yield and moisture content in wheat combine harvesters.
