和血明目片与羟苯磺酸钙分散片治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的有效性及安全性对比

摘　　要：目的:对比和血明目片与羟苯磺酸钙分散片治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的有效性及安全性。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年6月莆田眼睛明眼科专科医院收治的98例DR患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各49例。两组均予以常规对症治疗,对照组予以羟苯磺酸钙分散片,观察组予以和血明目片,两组均持续用药治疗3个月。对比两组临床疗效、眼底指标、血糖水平、症状积分、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率较对照组高,不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血管瘤体积、视野灰度值、黄斑厚度、出血斑面积、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、症状积分低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组更低,两组BCVA高于治疗前,且观察组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DR患者使用和血明目片治疗效果较羟苯磺酸钙分散片效果更显著,能改善眼底指标、血糖水平,有效提升视力水平,减轻临床症状,且安全性高。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Hexue Mingmu Tablets and Calcium Dobesilate Dispersible Tablets in the treatment of diabetes retinopathy(DR).Method:A total of 98 patients with DR who admitted to Putian Ophthalmology Hospital Ophthalmology Department from April 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment,the control group was given Calcium Dobesilate Dispersible Tablets,and the observation group was given Hexue Mingmu Tablets,both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,fundus indexes,blood glucose level,symptom score,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemangioma volume,visual field gray value,macular thickness,hemorrhage area,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and symptom scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the BCVA of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Hexue Mingmu Tablets in the treatment of DR patients is more significant than that of Calcium Dobesilate Dispersible Tablets,it can improve fundus indexes and blood glucose level,effectively improve visual acuity,reduce clinical symptoms,and has high safety.
