HPV分型检测对宫颈病变的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的本研究聚焦于深入探究HPV分型检测在宫颈病变诊断中的关键价值。方法选取2023年01月至2023年12月期间于我院接受诊治的100例疑似宫颈病变患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受了HPV分型检测,后续以TCT、手术病理诊断等结果作为确诊的金标准,全面且系统地评估HPV分型检测的检出率以及诊断效能。结果100例高度疑似宫颈病变经HPV分型检测检出阳性76例,检出率为76.00%。HPV感染阳性的最终临床确诊率(63.16%)高于HPV感染阴性的临床确诊率(8.33%),P<0.05。在宫颈病变筛查和诊断工作中,HPV分型检测误诊28例,漏诊2例,诊断阳性预测值为63.16%,阴性预测值91.67%,灵敏度96.00%,特异性44.00%,准确性70.00%,较高的阴性预测值和灵敏度充分证实了HPV分型检测筛查宫颈病变的价值。结论HPV分型检测在宫颈病变的筛查和诊断工作中展现出较高的诊断灵敏度和阴性预测值,为后续临床筛查工作的顺利开展提供了坚实且可靠的依据。Objective The aim of this study was to deeply explore the crucial value of HPV typing detection in the diagnosis of cervical lesions Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected cervical lesions who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent HPV typing detection.Subsequently,the results of TCT,surgical pathological diagnosis,etc.were used as the gold standard for diagnosis to comprehensively and systematically evaluate the detection rate and diagnostic efficacy of HPV typing detection.Results showed that 76 cases were detected positive by HPV typing detection among the 100 highly suspected cervical lesion cases,with a detection rate of 76.00%.The final clinical diagnosis rate of HPV-positive infections(63.16%)was higher than that of HPV-negative infections(8.33%),P<0.05.In the screening and diagnosis of cervical lesions,there were 28 cases of misdiagnosis and 2 cases of missed diagnosis by HPV typing detection.The positive predictive value of diagnosis was 63.16%,the negative predictive value was 91.67%,the sensitivity was 96.00%,the specificity was 44.00%,and the accuracy was 70.00%.The relatively high negative predictive value and sensitivity fully confirmed the value of HPV typing detection in screening cervical lesions.Conclusions HPV typing detection shows high diagnostic sensitivity and negative predictive value in the screening and diagnosis of cervical lesions,providing a solid and reliable basis for the smooth development of subsequent clinical screening work.
