益阴清肝明目汤治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益阴清肝明目汤治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月江苏省常熟市中医院眼科收治的青光眼睫状体炎综合征患者120例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液和盐酸卡替洛尔滴眼液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合益阴清肝明目汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后患眼视力、眼压、角膜后沉着物数目、症状评分及白细胞介素4(IL-4)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)水平变化;比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%(56/60),对照组总有效率75.00%(45/60),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组和对照组患者视力和IFN-γ水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组视力、IFN-γ水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组和对照组眼压、角膜后沉着物数目、症状评分和IL-4水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组的眼压、角膜后沉着物数目、症状评分和IL-4水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益阴清肝明目汤可以提高青光眼睫状体炎综合征的临床疗效,提高视力,降低眼压和角膜后沉着物数目。Objective To explore the effect of Yiyin Qinggan Mingmu Decoction in the treatment of glaucomatocyclitic syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with glaucomatocyclitic syndrome admitted to Department of Ophthalmology,Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022 were assigned into the control group(n=60)and treatment group(n=60)according to a random number table.On the basis of eye drops treatment(tobramycin dexamethasone+catenolol hydrochloride),and those in the treatment group additionally received Yiyin Qinggan Mingmu Decoction.The key observation was visual acuity of the affected eye,intraocular pressure,kerato-precipitates,serum interleukin-4(IL-4)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels,clinical efficacy before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(93.33%[56/60]vs 75.00%[45/60],P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the both groups showed significantly increased visual acuity of the affected eye,IFN-γlevels,and decreased intraocular pressure,kerato-precipitates,symptom score,IL-4 level(all P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group for the above indexes(all P<0.05).Conclusion Yiyin Qinggan Mingmu Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of glaucomatocyclitic syndrome,improve vision,reduce intraocular pressure and kerato-precipitates,with a remarkable effect.
