摘　　要：本文在测度2000—2020年我国省域降碳减污绩效的基础上,进一步考察区域差异、动态演进和收敛特征。研究发现,全国及东部、中部和西部三大地区降碳减污绩效静态效益与动态指数分别呈现“马鞍型”和“钟型”分布,地区间存在较大空间差异,且组间差异是总体差异最主要的来源。从收敛特征来看,全国及三大地区降碳减污绩效表现出不同σ收敛和绝对β收敛特征,但均存在显著的条件β收敛。俱乐部收敛检验显示静态效益具有三个不同的收敛俱乐部,动态指数则接受整体收敛假设。本文的研究结论有助于为因地制宜创新政策措施、优化治理路线、协同推进降碳减污、实现经济社会发展全面绿色转型提供量化支撑。Based on the measurement of the performance of carbon and pollution reduction of China's provincial regions from 2000 to 2020,this paper further examines regional disparities,dynamic trajectories,and convergence properties.The analysis reveals that both the static benefits and dynamic indicators of carbon and pollution reduction performance across the nation and its three major regions exhibit‘saddle-shaped'and‘bell-shaped'distributions,respectively.There are significant spatial disparities among regions,with inter-group differences being the predominant source of overall variation.Regarding convergence characteristics,the study observes varying degrees of σ convergence and absolute β convergence in carbon and pollution reduction performance across the nation and three major regions of the east,central and west.but there is a marked conditional β convergence.The club convergence test indicates the presence of three distinct convergence clubs for static benefits,while the dynamic index supports the hypothesis of overall convergence.The insights from this paper offer quantitative backing for innovative policy measures,refine governance strategies,and synergistically advance carbon and pollution reduction efforts.This is aimed at achieving a comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development tailored to local conditions.
