摘　　要：电网存货具有品种多、数量大、价格变化快等特点,新形势下加强电网企业存货管理对于提升企业资金营运水平具有重要意义。首先,基于存货的实际属性,构建了电网企业存货库,并采用决策树法筛选典型存货优化对象;其次,从不同维度出发,设计了资产优化管控指标体系,实现了对典型存货优化对象指标的穿透分析及画像;最后,挖掘当前存货管理的不足,提出了电网企业存货资产管控优化建议。该研究有望支撑电网企业加快企业资金周转、释放存货占用资金、提高资金利用效率。Power grid inventory is characterized by a wide variety of items,large quantities,and rapid price fluctuations.In the new situation,strengthening inventory management in power grid enterprises is of great significance for improving the operational efficiency of corporate funds.First,based on the actual nature of inventory,an inventory database for power grid enterprises is established,and the decision tree method is used to select typical inventory optimization targets.Second,an asset optimization management index system is designed from different dimensions,enabling in-depth analysis and profiling of typical inventory optimization target indicators.Finally,the shortcomings in current inventory management are explored,and optimization suggestions are proposed.This research is expected to support power grid enterprises in accelerating the turnover speed of corporate funds,releasing funds tied up in inventory,and improving corporate fund utilization efficiency.
