我国高校思想政治教育政策演进趋势研究

摘　　要：高校思政教育工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人和为谁培养人这个根本问题,研究意义重大。以新中国成立以来我国高校思想政治教育相关政策为研究对象,用文本分析的方法对政策制定主体、政策文本类型、政策工具类型和政策文本内容进行量化和质性分析,并探索其演进趋势。研究结果表明,政策内容呈时代性特征且逐步细化,政策主体和文本类型呈多元化特征,政策工具结构失衡,政策数量受环境影响且逐渐增加。Ideological and political work is the lifeline of all work.Policies for ideological and political education play a guiding role in relevant work in colleges and universities.This paper sorts out the policies for ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China since 1949.Taking policy text as the research object,the paper makes quantitative and qualitative analyses of the policy-making subjects,policy text types,policy tool types,and policy text content by means of text analysis.Further,the paper also explores the evolution trends of the policies,which are characterized by gradually refined policy content with features of the times,diversified policy subjects and text types,unbalanced structure of policy tools,and policy number susceptible to the environment and increased gradually.
