摘  要:古籍、考古发现和星图模拟表明,中华农耕文明自兴起之始就形成与生计、知识、道德和信仰等息息相关的天人合一论,观天者通过祀天之礼乐实现知识传授、道德教化、信仰表达等功能。天文科技生产力与社会生产关系的辩证互动驱动华夏大地如满天星斗般的古国向多元一体王国发展,礼乐损益和器物技术发展从属于这一过程。天文学历经漫长时间形成,无字时代观天者的工作符号是动物形象,它们主要出现在祀天礼乐和贵族大墓,与欧洲的巫术文化不相合,宗教—科学二元论不适合先秦礼乐释义。Ancient books, archaeological findings and astrological simulation indicated that Chinese agricultural civilization began with heaven-human unity, in which livelihood, knowledge, morality and belief were interrelated. Stargazers spread knowledge, taught morality and expressed beliefs in heaven offering rites, the didactic relations between astrology related productivity and social relations gave momentum to the evolution from chiefdom to a unified kingdom, and rites perfection and instrumental techniques are part and parcel of the process. Astrology developed over long time, animal images, generally found in great tombs, were the working signs of preliterate stargazers, which are incomparable to those animals in European witch culture, and hence religion-science duality may not be applied to Pre-Qin rites.
