摘　　要：在国家政策的推动下,我国青少年体育培训机构快速发展。然而,市场秩序失范现象层出不穷,推动青少年体育培训市场秩序规范化、专业化发展意义重大。青少年体育培训市场秩序失范主要表现为市场进入秩序失范、市场交易秩序失范、市场竞争秩序失范。研究表明,上述失范现象的成因在于:趋利与道德缺位,导致市场进入秩序失范;双重属性认知不清,导致市场交易秩序失范;规则意识与诚信缺失,导致市场竞争秩序失范。对此,提出以下规制路径:完善监管体系强化制度保障,规范市场进入秩序;提高属性认知履行社会责任,规范市场交易秩序;弥补道德短板加强行业自律,规范市场竞争秩序。这些规制路径可以为促进青少健康成长、维护消费者合法权益、推动体育培训产业高质量发展提供理论借鉴。With the support of national policies,youth sports training institutions in China have developed rapidly.However,fre-quent instances of market disorder highlight the urgent need for standardized and professional development in the youth sports training market.The main manifestations of market disorder include irregularities in market entry,market transactions,and mar-ket competition.Research indicates that the root causes of these issues are:profit-driven motives and a lack of ethical awareness,leading to disorder in market entry;unclear recognition of the dual attributes of the industry,resulting in disorder in market trans-actions;and a lack of regulatory awareness and integrity,causing disorder in market competition.In response,this study propo-ses the following regulatory pathways:improving the regulatory system to strengthen institutional safeguards and regulate market entry;enhancing awareness of the industry's attributes and fulfilling social responsibilities to regulate market transactions;and ad-dressing ethical shortcomings while strengthening industry self-discipline to regulate market competition.These regulatory meas-ures provide theoretical insights for promoting the healthy development of youth,protecting consumer rights,and advancing the high-quality development of the sports training industry.
