摘　　要：数字劳动是随着信息技术发展而出现的一种新型劳动形态,当前学界对数字劳动概念的理解还存在分歧,需要从“劳动边界”和“数字化边界”来厘定数字劳动的规定性。数字劳动激活了既有的劳动理论研究,并推动了劳动关系的数字化重构。双重空间与虚实融合的劳动场域,突破了传统物理空间限制;去中心化与再组织化的运行模式,改变了劳动组织与就业形态;算法逻辑与数据赋能的劳动生态,变革了劳动用工的管理方式。劳动关系数字化重构也面临着现实挑战,财富分配的数字化加剧了劳动收入两极分化,劳动方式的数字化导致劳动关系复杂化,劳动过程的数字化引发劳动用工替代化。为此,需要积极应对劳动关系的数字化重构,建立合理的数据收益分配机制,健全劳动权益保障机制,提升劳动者数字化素养,以此平衡数字技术发展与劳动就业的关系,助力劳动用工的数字化转型。Digital labor,a new form of labor emerging with the development of information technology,remains a contested concept in academia,requiring clarification through the boundaries of labor and digitalization.Digital labor has reinvigorated labor theory research and driven the digital reconstruction of labor relations.The dual-space and virtual-physical integration of labor environments have transcended traditional physical limitations;decentralized and reorganized operational models have transformed labor organizations and employment forms;and algorithm-driven,data-empowered labor ecosystems have revolutionized labor management practices.However,the digital reconstruction of labor relations also faces practical challenges,such as the digitalization of wealth distribution exacerbating income polarization,the digitalization of labor methods complicating labor relations,and the digitalization of labor processes leading to job displacement.To address these challenges,proactive measures are needed to manage the digital reconstruction of labor relations,establish fair data profit distribution mechanisms,improve labor rights protection systems,and enhance workers’digital literacy.These efforts will balance the relationship between digital technology development and labor employment,facilitating the digital transformation of labor.
