摘 要:近年来,盾构隧道施工技术在地铁、铁路及市政工程中得到广泛应用,尤其在复杂地质条件和敏感环境下,其技术挑战日益突出。以北京地铁17号线清河营站至天通苑东站盾构隧道项目为例,探讨盾构隧道下穿清河及侧穿桥梁的特殊设计、施工技术及风险控制,采用蒙特卡罗模拟法对地层沉降、桥梁桩基位移及地下水渗漏等关键风险要素进行累积效应分析,评估桥梁控制技术指标、提出地铁风险工程保护措施、施工过程中的水防治与风险控制措施。研究结果表明,科学的风险管理与水防治措施能有效降低盾构施工中的潜在风险,确保工程顺利进行和结构安全。本研究为类似复杂环境下的盾构隧道施工提供了宝贵经验和技术参考。In recent years,shield tunnel construction technology has been widely applied in subways,railways,and municipal projects,particularly in complex geological conditions and sensitive environments,where its technical challenges have become increasingly prominent.This paper takes the shield tunnel project from Qingheying Station to Tiantongyuan East Station of Beijing Metro Line 17 as an example to explore the special design,construction techniques,and risk control measures for shield tunnels crossing rivers and side-passing bridges.Monte Carlo simulation method is used to analyze the cumulative effects of key risk factors such as ground settlement,bridge pile foundation displacement,and groundwater leakage.Bridge control technology indicators are evaluated,subway risk engineering protection measures are proposed,and water prevention and risk control measures during construction are taken.The research results indicate that scientific risk management and water prevention measures can effectively reduce potential risks in shield tunneling construction,ensuring the smooth progress of the project and structural safety.This study provides valuable experience and technical reference for shield tunnel construction in similar complex environments.
