摘 要:随着消费市场的升级,大批量生产模式开始转型为大规模定制化生产模式,制造业企业纷纷开始探索定制化环境下的产品供应链经济。基于此,综合考虑了大规模反向定制环境下产品供应链各节点企业利益诉求的差异性及其决策目标的多样性,分析了供应链各节点企业的博弈行为和决策选择,运用二层规划与网络均衡理论构建了上层供应链企业利润最大化模型、下层供应链网络配流模型,并深入探讨了产品定制化程度、消费者对定制化产品偏好以及市场需求对供应链企业利润的影响,以期为大规模反向定制环境下供应链各节点企业提供理论决策依据。With the upgrading of the consumer market,the mass production mode is gradually transforming into a large-scale customized production mode,and manufacturing enterprises are beginning to explore the product supply chain economy in a customized environment.Based on this,the differences in the interests and decisionmaking goals of each node enterprise in the product supply chain under the environment of large-scale reverse customization were comprehensively considered.The game behavior and decision-making choices of each node enterprise in the supply chain were analyzed,and a profit maximization model for upper level supply chain enterprises and a distribution model for lower level supply chain networks were constructed using two-layer programming and network equilibrium theory.The impact of product customization degree,consumer preference for customized products,and market demand on the profits of supply chain enterprises was deeply explored,in order to provide theoretical decision-making basis for each node enterprise in the supply chain under the environment of large-scale reverse customization.
