摘　　要：文化是城市发展的灵魂,文旅融合态势下做好城市文化外宣翻译对塑造城市良好形象,提升城市文化软实力具有重要的意义。从文旅融合的视角出发,分析了影响城市文化外宣翻译的跨文化因素,从译者素养、政校合作、多元监督等方面提出了提升城市文化外宣翻译质量的策略。指出要着力提升译者的城市文化底蕴、翻译技巧和跨文化意识。加强政府高校间的合作,定向培养相关翻译人才,服务地方文旅事业发展。强化翻译质量的多元监管,积极构建本地文化外宣翻译交流平台,提升城市国际影响力。Culture is the soul of city development,and doing a good job in international publicity translation of city culture is of great significance in the context of cultural tourism integration,which is helpful for shaping a good image of the city and enhancing its cultural soft power.Starting from the integration of culture and tourism,this study analyzes the cross-cultural factors that affect the translation of city culture publicity,and proposes strategies to improve the quality of city culture publicity translation from the perspectives of translator literacy,government school cooperation,and diverse supervision.It is pointed out that efforts should be made to enhance translators'urban cultural deposits,translation skills and cross-cultural awareness.Strengthen the cooperation between the government and universities,cultivate relevant translation talents in a targeted manner to serve the development of local cultural tourism undertakings.Intensify the diversified supervision of translation quality and actively build a local cultural publicity translation exchange platform to enhance the city's international influence.
