乡村振兴背景下县域旅游业与新型城镇化耦合协调发展研究——以四川省乐山市峨边彝族自治县为例

摘　　要：基于2015—2020年四川省乐山市峨边彝族自治县的数据,运用耦合协调模型计算县域旅游业和城镇化之间的耦合度和协调度,发现随着峨边“全域旅游”的发展和新型城镇化的推进,二者协调发展整体呈现向好趋势,进入优质协调发展阶段。针对峨边彝族自治县核心旅游景区周边的底底古村、依乌村和古井村田野调查后发现,虽然峨边彝族自治县旅游业和新型城镇化整体具有高协调发展水平,但不同村寨应进行差异化发展,政府、企业和村民三方主体可遵循“两系统三主体”促进旅游业与城镇化协调发展。Based on the data from Leshan City,Emei Autonomous County of Liangshan,Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2020,the coupled coordination model was used to calculate the coupling degree and coordination degree between the county's tourism industry and urbanization.The findings show that with the development of Emei's"all-around tourism"and the promotion of new urbanization,the two have shown a trend of coordinated development overall,entering the stage of high-quality coordinated development.After field investigation in the villages of Didi Gu,Yiwu and Gujing around the core tourist attractions in Emei County,it was found that.although the tourism industry and new urbanization in Emei County as a whole have a high level of coordinated development,there are still differences among different villages.The government,enterprises and villagers,the three main subjects,should follow the"two systems and three subjects"to promote the coordinated development of tourism and urbanization.
