摘　　要：经济社会的数智化转型需要相应的数智化人才,传统金融学专业的数智化转型升级意味着要深度融合金融科技。在坚守引领专业数智化转型的价值取向的同时,激发培养个性化创造人才的动力引擎,将新技术、新理念融入教学与研究,培养具有前瞻性和创新能力的复合型金融人才,从课程体系、教师教育、培育体系等方面研究转型升级路径,从院校、教师和学生层面构建“三级联动”保障机制,确保专业数智化转型。The digital and intelligent transformation of economic society requires corresponding digital and intelligent talents.The digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional finance majors means that it is necessary to deeply integrate financial technology,integrate new technologies and concepts into teaching and research,and cultivate financial talents with forward-looking and innovative abilities.However,it faces difficulties in students'values,training mode,curriculum system,institutional supply,etc.This paper studies the transformation and upgrading path from the aspects of curriculum system,teacher education,and training system,and constructs a"three-level linkage"guarantee mechanism from the levels of colleges,teachers and students to ensure the professional digital and intelligent transformation.
