摘 要:螺旋藻是一种蓝绿色微藻,因其富含多种生物活性成分,如可溶性膳食纤维、多不饱和脂肪酸、优质蛋白质、多种维生素、多糖及人体必需氨基酸,所以近年来备受关注,并广泛应用于膳食补充领域。随着对螺旋藻药理作用的深入研究,发现其在促进伤口愈合方面具有显著的潜力,通过其抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化等多重机制,有效促进细胞增殖、供氧等过程,从而加速伤口愈合。此外,螺旋藻与新型材料及疗法结合的应用,展示出更为显著的治疗效果。本文对螺旋藻促进伤口愈合的作用机制进行综述,探讨其作为天然多功能资源在该领域的应用潜力及研究前景,强调螺旋藻在促进伤口愈合及提升健康质量中的重要价值,以期为螺旋藻的研究与应用提供参考。Spirulina,a blue-green microalga,has gained significant attention in recent years and is widely used in dietary supplements due to its rich content of biologically active components,such as soluble dietary fibers,polyunsaturated fatty acids,high-quality proteins,various vitamins,polysaccharides,and essential amino acids.With the in-depth study of its pharmacological effects,Spirulina has been found to have significant potential in promoting wound healing.Through its multiple mechanisms,including antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and antioxidant effects,Spirulina effectively promotes cell proliferation,oxygenation,and other processes,thereby accelerating wound healing.Furthermore,the combination of Spirulina with novel materials and therapies has shown enhanced therapeutic effects.This review discusses the mechanisms by which Spirulina promotes wound healing,explores its potential as a natural multifunctional resource in this field,and examines its research prospects.The paper emphasizes the important value of Spirulina in promoting wound healing and improving health quality,aiming to provide a reference for further research and application of Spirulina.
