肿瘤间质与实质GPER表达与三阴性乳腺癌临床病理及预后的相关性

摘　　要：目的 探讨三阴性乳腺癌中新型雌激素受体GPER在肿瘤间质与实质中的表达与临床病理及预后的相关性。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测125例三阴性乳腺癌患者肿瘤间质与实质中GPER的表达,分析其与三阴性乳腺癌临床病理及预后的关系。结果 三阴性乳腺癌中GPER在肿瘤间质中高表达78例(62.4%)、低表达47例(36.7%),GPER在肿瘤实质中高表达88例(70.4%)、低表达37例(29.6%)。肿瘤间质GPER的表达与肿瘤区域淋巴结转移(N)和病理分期显著相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小(T)、月经状态、肿块部位及组织学分级之间无明显相关性(P>0.05),与患者不良预后呈正相关(P<0.05);而肿瘤实质GPER的表达则与患者肿瘤大小(T)、区域淋巴结转移(N)及病理分期、年龄、月经状态、组织学分级、肿块部位及不良预后均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 三阴性乳腺癌间质GPER的表达与患者较差的临床分期及不良预后呈正相关,有望作为预测患者预后的独立指标。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of the novel estrogen receptor GPER in tumor stroma and parenchyma and its clinicopathological features and prognosis in triple-negative breast cancer.Methods The expression of GPER in the tumor stroma and parenchyma of 125 patients with triple-negative breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry,and its relationship with the clinicopathological and prognostic factors of triple-negative breast cancer was analyzed.Results In triple-negative breast cancer,GPER was highly expressed in the tumor stroma in 78 cases(62.4%)and lowly expressed in 47 cases(36.7%).GPER was highly expressed in the tumor parenchyma in 88 cases(70.4%)and lowly expressed in 37 cases(29.6%).The expression of GPER in tumor stroma was significantly correlated with regional lymph node metastasis(N)and pathological stage of the tumor(P<0.05),but had no significant correlation with patient age,tumor size(T),menstrual status,tumor location and histological grade.scientific correlation(P>0.05)and positive correlation with patients'poor prognosis(P<0.05).However,the expression of GPER in tumor parenchyma had no significant correlation with the patient's tumor size(T),regional lymph node metastasis(N),pathological stage,age,menstrual status,histological grade,tumor location and poor prognosis(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of stroma GPER in triple-negative breast cancer is positively correlated with the patient's poor clinical stage and poor prognosis,and is expected to serve as an independent indicator for predicting patient prognosis.
