血清LncRNA COL11A1-208与胃癌临床病理特征及预后不良的关系研究

摘　　要：目的 探究血清长链非编码核糖核酸(LncRNA)中Ⅺ型胶原蛋白α1链208(COL11A1-208)与胃癌患者临床病理特征和预后不良的关系。方法 胃癌组选取72例胃癌患者,良性组选择同期胃部良性肿瘤患者75例,对照组选择同期体检健康者68例;比较各组血清LncRNA COL11A1-208表达水平;根据LncRNA COL11A1-208水平中位值(2.79)分别将胃癌患者分为LncRNA COL11A1-208低表达组(35例)和LncRNA COL11A1-208高表达组(37例),比较两组临床病理特征;采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析胃癌患者各表达组预后情况;采用多因素Cox分析胃癌患者预后不良影响因素。结果 不同组患者LncRNA COL11A1-208表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),进一步两两比较,胃癌组LncRNA COL11A1-208表达水平高于良性组、对照组,而良性组高于对照组(P<0.05)。LncRNA COL11A1-208高表达组肿瘤直径≥5 cm、临床分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移占比高于低表达组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访截止2023年11月,LncRNA COL11A1-208低表达组生存率为88.57%(31/35),高于LncRNA COL11A1-208高表达组[59.46%(22/37)],差异有统计学意义(Log-rankχ~2=7.271,P=0.007)。多因素Cox回归分析显示,淋巴结转移、LncRNA COL11A1-208高表达是胃癌患者预后不良危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 胃癌患者血清LncRNA COL11A1-208呈高表达,并与肿瘤直径、临床分期、淋巴结转移情况、预后密切相关,其高表达提升有癌变可能,且预后较差。Objective To investigate the relationship between XI type collagenα1 chain 208(COL11A1-208)in serum long non-coding ribonucleic acid(LncRNA)and clinicopathological features and poor prognosis in gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 72 patients with gastric cancer were selected from the gastric cancer group,75 patients with benign gastric tumors in the benign group,and 68 healthy patients with physical examination in the control group.The serum LncRNA COL11A1-208 expression levels were compared among the groups.According to the median LncRNA COL11A1-208 level(2.79),gastric cancer patients were divided into LncRNA COL11A1-208 low expression group(35 cases)and LncRNA COL11A1-208 high expression group(37 cases),respectively,and the clinicopathological characteristics of the 2 groups were compared.The Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to analyze the prognosis of each expression group of gastric cancer patients.Multivariate Cox was used to analyze the adverse prognostic factors of gastric cancer patients.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the expression level of LncRNA COL11A1-208 between different groups(P<0.05),and the expression level of LncRNA COL11A1-208 in the gastric cancer group was higher than that in the benign group and the control group,while the expression level of LncRNA-208 in the gastric cancer group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of tumor≥diameter,clinical stageⅢandⅣ,and lymph node metastasis in the LncRNA COL11A1-208 high expression group was higher than that in the low expression group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)。As of November 2023,the survival rate of the LncRNA COL11A1-208 low expression group was 88.57%(31/35),which was higher than that of the LncRNA COL11A1-208 high expression group[59.46%(22/37)],and the difference was statistically significant(Log-rankχ2=7.271,P=0.007).Multiva-riate Cox regression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis and high expression of LncRNA COL11A1-208 were po
