SOX2、IGF-1、TGF-β1表达与老年胃癌临床病理特征的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析老年胃癌组织中干细胞特异性转录因子2(SRY-Box Transcription Factor 2,SOX2)、胰岛素样生长因子1(Insulin-like Growth Factor 1,IGF-1)、转化生长因子β1(Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1,TGF-β1)表达情况及与其临床病理特征的相关性。方法 选择86例老年胃癌患者,均择期行胃癌切除手术,并各取1份胃癌组织及癌旁正常组织。采用免疫组化法对胃癌组织及正常组织中SOX2、IGF-1、TGF-β1的表达进行检测,并分析与其临床病理特征的相关性。结果 胃癌组织中SOX2、IGF-1和TGF-β1的阳性表达率均高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在胃癌组织中SOX2表达与患者性别、年龄、分化程度、浸润深度无关(P>0.05),与TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);在胃癌组织中IGF-1、TGF-β1表达与患者性别、年龄无关(P>0.05),与TNM分期、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 SOX2、IGF-1、TGF-β1在老年胃癌组织中表达率高,且三者的表达与临床病理特征密切相关,可能促进胃癌的发生、发展和侵袭。Objective To analyze stem cell specific Transcription Factor 2(SOX2),Insulin-like Growth Factor 1(insulin-like growth factor 1)in elderly gastric cancer tissues.Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1(IGF-1)and transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1)expression and their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods 86 elderly patients with gastric cancer were selected for gastric cancer resection,and 1 gastric cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue were taken.The expressions of SOX2,IGF-1 and TGF-β1 in gastric cancer and normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method,and their correlation with clinicopathological features were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of SOX2,IGF-1 and TGF-β1 in gastric cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of SOX2 in gastric cancer tissues was not correlated with gender,age,degree of differentiation and depth of invasion(P>0.05),but was correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expression of IGF-1 and TGF-β1 in gastric cancer tissues was not related to gender and age of patients(P>0.05),but was related to TNM stage,differentiation degree,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression rates of SOX2,IGF-1 and TGF-β1 are high in elderly gastric cancer tissues,and their expressions are closely related to clinicopathological features,which may promote the occurrence,development and invasion of gastric cancer.
