非小细胞肺癌组织中miR-148a-3p、EGFR及SCCAg的表达及其对预后的评估价值

摘　　要：目的 分析非小细胞肺癌组织中miR-148a-3p、表皮生长因子受体(EGRF)及鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCAg)表达情况及对预后的评估价值。方法 选择97例化疗治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者,检测肺癌组织中miR-148a-3p、EGFR及SCCAg表达情况。随访1年,根据患者是否发生淋巴转移分为预后不良组(淋巴转移)、预后良好组(无淋巴转移),比较2组肺癌组织中miR-148a-3p、EGFR及SCCAg表达情况,分析非小细胞肺癌组织中miR-148a-3p、EGFR及SCCAg表达对预后的评估价值。结果 随访1年,97例非小细胞肺癌患者中,26例发生淋巴转移,预后不良发生率为26.80%(26/97)。预后不良组肺癌组织中miR-148a-3p、EGFR及SCCAg表达高于预后良好组(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,非小细胞肺癌组织中miR-148a-3p、EGFR及SCCAg表达与预后有关(P<0.05)。绘制ROC曲线发现,非小细胞肺癌组织中miR-148a-3p、EGFR及SCCAg表达对预后评估的AUC分别为0.876、0.721、0.719,均有一定诊断价值。结论 非小细胞肺癌组织中miR-148a-3p、EGFR及SCCAg表达情况与预后有关,对预后具有一定的评估价值。Objective To analyze the expression of miR-148a-3p,epidermal growth factor receptor(EGRF)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCAg)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissues and evaluate their prognostic value.Methods The expression of miR-148a-3p,EGFR and SCCAg in 97 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with chemotherapy were detected.The patients were followed up for 1 year to evaluate the prognosis according to whether they developed lymphatic metastasis and were divided into poor prognosis group(lymphatic metastasis)and good prognosis group(no lymphatic metastasis).The expression of miR-148a-3p,EGFR and SCCAg in lung cancer tissues of the 2 groups were compared.To analyze the prognostic value of miR-148a-3p,EGFR and SCCAg expression in non-small cell lung cancer tissues.Results 1-year follow-up,97 patients with NSCLC,26 cases of lymphatic metastasis,the incidence of poor prognosis was 26.80%(26/97).The expressions of miR-148a-3p,EGFR and SCCAg in lung cancer tissues of poor prognosis group were higher than those of good prognosis group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the expressions of miR-148a-3p,EGFR and SCCAg in NSCLC were associated with prognosis(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the AUC of miR-148a-3p,EGFR and SCCAg expression in the prognosis evaluation of NSCLC tissue was 0.876,0.721 and 0.719,respectively,all of which had certain diagnostic value.Conclusion The expression of miR-148a-3p,EGFR and SCCAg in non-small cell lung cancer tissues is related to the prognosis,and has a certain value in evaluating the prognosis.
