摘　　要：目的 探讨膀胱癌组织中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及其临床意义。方法 选择行手术治疗的96例膀胱癌患者,使用免疫组织化学法测定MCP-1、VEGF表达,对比膀胱癌癌组织和癌旁组织内MCP-1、VEGF阳性表达,分析MCP-1、VEGF阳性表达与膀胱癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 癌组织内MCP-1、VEGF阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移膀胱癌癌组织内MCP-1、VEGF阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、性别膀胱癌癌组织内MCP-1、VEGF阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MCP-1、VEGF阳性表达率与膀胱癌病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 膀胱癌组织中MCP-1、VEGF表达异常,可能参与膀胱癌发生、进展。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in bladder cancer.Methods 96 patients with bladder cancer who were operated were selected.The expression of MCP-1 and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemical method.The positive expression of MCP-1 and VEGF in bladder cancer tissue and adjacent tissue were compared,and the relationship between the positive expression of MCP-1 and VEGF in cancer tissue and the clinicopathological characteristics of bladder cancer patients was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of MCP-1 and VEGF in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues,with statistical differences(P<0.05);The positive expression rates of MCP-1 and VEGF in bladder cancer tissues of patients with different pathological grades,clinical stages and lymph node metastasis were statistically different(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the positive expression rates of MCP-1 and VEGF in the cancer tissues of bladder cancer patients of different ages and sexes(P>0.05);The positive expression rates of MCP-1 and VEGF were positively correlated with pathological grading,clinical staging,and lymph node metastasis in CRC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of MCP-1 and VEGF in bladder cancer tissues may be involved in the occurrence and progression of bladder cancer.
