摘　　要：目的 探究基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)和Wnt-5a在软骨肉瘤组织中的表达水平及其临床价值。方法 回顾性选取108例软骨肉瘤患者作为观察组(n=108),选择同期收治的96例软骨瘤患者作为对照组(n=96)。比较2组患者MMP-3、Wnt-5a表达,分析软骨肉瘤病理参数与MMP-3、Wnt-5a表达的关系。结果 观察组MMP-3、Wnt-5a阳性表达率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。软骨肉瘤病理类型、浸润转移与MMP-3阳性表达存在联系(P<0.05),而患者性别、年龄、组织学分级与MMP-3阳性表达不存在联系(P>0.05);软骨肉瘤病理类型、组织学分级、浸润转移与Wnt-5a阳性表达存在联系(P<0.05),而患者性别、年龄与Wnt-5a阳性表达不存在联系(P>0.05)。结论 软骨肉瘤患者的MMP-3和Wnt-5a阳性表达异常升高,且其阳性表达可能与病理类型、组织学分级、浸润转移等病理参数存在联系。Objective To explore the expression levels and clinical value of matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)and Wnt-5a in chondrosarcoma tissues.Methods 108 patients with chondrosarcoma were retrospectively selected as the observation group(n=108),and 96 patients with chondroma admitted during the same period were selected as the control group(n=96).The differences in expressions of MMP-3 and Wnt-5a were compared,and the relationship between pathological parameters and MMP-3 and Wnt-5a in patients with chondrosarcoma was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of MMP-3 and Wnt-5a in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The pathological type,invasion and metastasis of patients with chondrosarcoma were related to the positive expression of MMP-3(P<0.05),while gender,age and histological grading were not related to the positive expression of MMP-3(P>0.05).The pathological type,histological grading,invasion and metastasis of patients with chondrosarcoma were correlated with Wnt-5a positive expression(P<0.05),but gender and age were not correlated with Wnt-5a positive expression(P>0.05).Conclusion The positive expressions of MMP-3 and Wnt-5a are abnormally elevated in patients with chondrosarcoma,and the positive expressions may be related to pathological parameters such as pathological type,histological grading,invasion and metastasis.
