摘　　要：目的 探讨PHOX2B和GATA3在外周神经母细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法 收集62例资料完整的外周神经母细胞瘤患儿的病理组织,另选取同期收治的150例其他肿瘤作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测神经母细胞瘤组织中PHOX2B和GATA3蛋白的表达情况,分析PHOX2B和GATA3蛋白在神经母细胞瘤诊断中的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果 PHOX2B在神经母细胞瘤中阳性表达率为98.4%(61/62),对照组中其阳性率为0%(0/150),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000);PHOX2B蛋白对神经母细胞瘤的诊断灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为98.39%、100%、100%、99.34%。GATA3在神经母细胞瘤中阳性表达率为100%(62/62),对照组中其阳性率为16.7%(25/150),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);GATA3蛋白对神经母细胞瘤的诊断灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为100%、83.3%、71.3%、100%。联合检测PHOX2B和GATA3蛋白对神经母细胞瘤的诊断灵敏度为100%、特异度为83.3%。结论 联合检测PHOX2B和GATA3可以作为神经母细胞瘤可靠的诊断标记物。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of PHOX2B and GATA3 in peripheral neuroblastoma.Methods Pathological tissues of 62 children with complete data of peripheral neuroblastoma were collected,and another 150 cases of other tumors admitted in the same period were selected as the control group.The expression of PHOX2B and GATA3 proteins in neuroblastoma tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of PHOX2B and GATA3 proteins in the diagnosis of neuroblastoma were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of PHOX2B in neuroblastoma was 98.4%(61/62),and its positive rate was 0%(0/150)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000);the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of PHOX2B protein for neuroblastoma were 98.39%,100%,and 100%,99.34%.The positive expression rate of GATA3 in neuroblastoma was 100%(62/62),and its positive rate was 16.7%(25/150)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of the GATA3 protein for neuroblastoma were 100%,83.3%,71.3%,and 100%.The diagnostic sensitivity of the combined detection of PHOX2B and GATA3 proteins for neuroblastoma was 100%and the specificity was 83.3%.Conclusion The combined detection of PHOX2B and GATA3 can be a reliable diagnostic marker for neuroblastoma.
