舌癌组织中TRAF6表达及与其临床病理特征和预后的关系

摘　　要：目的 探讨舌癌组织中肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子6(TRAF6)的表达及与其临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法 选择60例舌癌患者为研究对象,术中均采集癌旁正常组织及舌癌组织,TRAF6表达情况用免疫组化检测。记录癌旁正常组织及舌癌组织内TRAF6表达情况,分析TRAF6的表达与舌癌患者临床病理特征、预后的关系。结果 舌癌组织内TRAF6阳性表达率为71.67%(43/60),高于癌旁正常组织的20.00%(12/60),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。舌癌组织内TRAF6阳性表达患者中临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移占比高于阴性表达患者(P<0.05),但在年龄、肿瘤直径、性别、分化程度方面与阴性表达患者无统计学差异(P>0.05)。TRAF6阳性表达患者术后5年中位生存时间为26个月,生存率为6.98%(3/43);TRAF6阴性表达患者术后5年中位生存时间为49个月,生存率为35.29%(6/17),TRAF6阳性表达患者术后5年生存率低于阴性表达者,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 舌癌组织中TRAF6呈异常表达,其表达与患者临床分期、有无淋巴结转移及预后有关,可作为临床诊治舌癌的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression of tumor necrosis factor receptor-related factor 6(TRAF 6)and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis in tongue cancer tissue.Methods 60 patients of tongue cancer were selected as study subjects,adjacent normal tissues and tongue cancer tissues were collected,and TRAF 6 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry.The expression of TRAF 6 in adjacent normal tissues and tongue cancer tissues was recorded,and the relationship between TRAF 6 expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with tongue cancer was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of TRAF 6 in tongue cancer tissue was 71.67%(43/60),which was higher than 20.00%(12/60)of adjacent normal tissue,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis in tongue cancer was higher than that in the negative group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in age,tumor diameter,sex,or differentiation compared with negative group(P>0.05).The median survival time of TRAF 6 was 26 months and 6.98%(3/43);negative TRAF 6 had a median survival time of 35.29%(6/17)and the survival rate of TRAF 6 was lower than negative expression(P<0.05).Conclusion TRAF 6 expression is related to clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and prognosis,and can be used as an important index in clinical diagnosis and treatment of tongue cancer.
