摘　　要：系统分析“全民阅读优秀项目”,提出优化策略,以深化全民阅读、建设书香中国。文章通过文献梳理历届“全民阅读优秀项目”,发现奖项具有权威性、严肃性,以及推广力度空前、重视管理组织创新等特点。研究结果显示:获奖机构种类众多,各地政府部门高度重视;获奖地域覆盖面广,基本涵盖我国各地区;受众对象除了社会全体公众,还包含各种特殊阅读群体。“全民阅读优秀项目”垂范效应、品牌效应、创新效应显著,但在奖项评选、项目分布、成果运用、事后监督评价等方面存在不足,应与时俱进优化奖项设置、联合评选增强项目权威性、重视项目成果宣传与运用、加强获奖项目的管理与研究,进一步发挥奖项的导向和激励作用,促进奖项的传播与推广,为全民阅读工作的开展提供借鉴和启示。The"National Reading Excellent Project"is a evaluation activity organized by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee(National Press and Publication Administration),with the aim of summarizing and promoting the fresh experiences,typical deeds,and excellent organizational forms that have emerged in the promotion of national reading activities.It has been successfully held for four sessions,and a total of 70 advanced cases of national reading have been selected.Studying the"National Reading Excellent Project"can help to leverage the leading and driving role of awards,facilitate the dissemination and application of projects,and promote industry experience exchange and practical exploration.The"National Reading Excellent Project"mainly focuses on the following five types of reading activities:the theme reading projects,the public service projects,the social promotion projects,the digital communication projects,and the organizing and coordinating projects.The award-winning projects have the characteristics of authority,seriousness,unprecedented promotion efforts,and emphasis on the management and organizational innovation.With the analysis of the award-winning institutions,regions,and audiences of the"National Reading Excellent Project",it is found that at the level of award-winning institutions,publishing units have the highest proportion of awards,local government departments attach great importance to them,and there are numerous types of award-winning institutions;at the regional distribution level,the project exhibits characteristics such as the broad geographical coverage,higher concentration in the eastern regions compared with that of the central and western regions,and uneven distribution of award-winning projects among national,provincial,and city and country level administrative regions;at the audience level,in addition to the projects aimed at the general public,there are also special reading groups such as minors,the elderly,military officers and soldiers,farmers,workers,and visually impaired
