摘　　要：分析科技期刊同行评议中专家审稿意愿的影响因素,增强期刊服务审稿专家的能力,提升科技期刊办刊质量。文章采用问卷调查法,对同行评议中审稿专家的基本信息、同行评议经验、审稿意愿,以及培训、激励等个性需求进行调查分析,并针对调查中的部分问题开展专家深度访谈。研究结果表明,专家参与审稿的最主要动因是为业界作贡献,接受期刊审稿邀请的首要因素是期刊的声誉。提高审稿专家的审稿意愿,要认可审稿的学术贡献,激发审稿专家的审稿动力;加强期刊声誉管理,提高审稿专家审稿的成就感;充分把握需求,有针对地对审稿专家的审稿工作进行激励;关注和完善培训内容,为审稿专家提供精准的审稿培训,以提升科技期刊同行评议的效率和质量。As the cornerstone of academic quality assurance for scientific journals,peer review has long faced some challenges,such as long review cycles,overly vague or even formalistic review opinions,and refusal by experts to review manuscripts.The existence of these problems is related to both objective factors such as heavy review tasks,high time pressures,and low professional matching of peer reviewers,as well as subjective factors such as insufficient satisfaction of their individual needs.Therefore,accurately understanding the individual needs of peer reviewers and enhancing their willingness to review is the key to addressing the quality and efficiency of peer review.In order to gain the deeper understanding of the factors influencing the willingness of peer review experts in scientific journals,the article uses a combination of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,and publishes and collects information on the Wenjuanxing platform,summarizing the results.A total of 115 valid questionnaires are collected.The content of the questionnaires is divided into three parts:the general information of peer reviewers,the factors influencing peer review willingness,and the demand for peer review training and incentives.The in-depth interviews are conducted with 9 experts from all walks of life who have experience in reviewing international and domestic scientific journals.The interviews focus on topics such as journal types,review willingness,training needs,and incentive forms,with a particular emphasis on understanding the attitudes of review experts towards reviewing international and domestic scientific journals.Research has found that the primary factor for reviewers to accept journal review invitations is the reputation and prestige of the journals,followed by peer review that can gain recognition from the industry or the professional field.Reviewers accept journal review invitations first because they believe that they can contribute to the development of the industry,and secondly because peer review allows them
