摘　　要：目的分析MOTOmed智能运动联合通心络胶囊对脑卒中偏瘫患者屈伸肌协同偏瘫步态的运动学及时空参数等的影响。方法选取2021年5月至2022年5月漯河市中心医院全科医学科收治的70例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为本次研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组以及对照组,每组35例,所有患者接受对症治疗,同时对照组服用通心络胶囊和常规康复锻炼,观察组在对照组用药基础上联用MOTOmed智能运动治疗,比较干预前后两组下肢功能评分、步态参数、躯干屈伸肌群肌力以及神经功能缺损、日常生活活动能力评分。结果干预后观察组肢体功能评分(FMA)、功能性步行能力分级量表(FAC)、Barthel指数(BI)评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组患者干预后步频、步速、跨步长比率较干预前高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组在患侧腹直肌、竖脊肌表面肌电信号的均方根值较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组步态对称性参数均改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者神经功能缺损、日常生活活动能力评分相比于对照组改善(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊结合MOTOmed的肢体动作训练,可通过被动、主动及辅助训练,改善下肢功能,提高力量平衡,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effects of MOTOmed intelligent exercise combined with Tongxinluo capsule on kinematics and spatio-temporal parameters of flexor extensor hemiplegic gait in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 70 stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to the General Medical Department of Luohe Central Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.All patients received symptomatic treatment,while the control group received Tongxinluo capsules and routine rehabilitation exercise.The observation group received MOTomed intelligent exercise therapy in combination with the control group.The lower limb function scores,gait parameters,trunk flexor extensor muscle strength,as well as neurological deficits,daily living activities between the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of limb function(FMA),functional walking ability rating scale(FAC)and Barthel index(BI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the ratio of step frequency,step speed and stride length in two groups was increased compared with that before intervention,and the observation group and control group were increased(P<0.05).After intervention,the root-mean-square value of surface EMG in the affected abdominalis rectus muscle and erector spine muscle in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,gait symmetry parameters of both groups were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,neurological impairment,activity of daily living and limb function scores in observation group were improved compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with MOTOmed can improve lower limb function,strength balance and ther
