手术模拟及3D打印技术在耳科教学中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨手术模拟系统联合3D打印技术在耳科学习和教学情况这两方面的应用效果。方法研究对象为2022年1—12月在郑州大学第一附属医院参加住院医师规范化培训的耳鼻喉科住院医生20人,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组。其中,接受手术模拟系统联合3D打印技术培训的为实验组,共10人;接受传统培训的为对照组,共10人。同时接受1个月时长的教学培训,培训结束后立即对学习情况进行考核和对教学情况进行反馈评价,均采用SPSS 18.0软件进行配对t检验。结果(1)接受手术模拟系统联合3D打印技术培训的实验组在耳科解剖、显微器械基本特征、手术适应证和禁忌证、标准化手术操作流程这4个方面的成绩均优于接受传统培训的对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。(2)接受手术模拟系统联合3D打印技术培训的实验组在能否激发自己对这门学科学习兴趣、提高自己的学习主动地性、提高小组成员的团队意识、提高自己办公软件的应用水平、培养自己查阅和整理资料能力的这5个方面的评价反馈评分均优于接受传统培训的对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论手术模拟系统联合3D打印技术能提高耳科教学效果,同时有助于提高教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of surgical simulation system combined with 3D printing technology in ear learning and teaching.Methods The subjects of the study were 20 otolaryngology residents who participated in the standardized training of residents in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to December 2022.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method.The experimental group received the training of surgical simulation system combined with 3D printing technology,10 people in total.The control group received traditional training,10 people in total.At the same time,they received one-month long teaching training,and immediately after the training,the learning situation was assessed and the teaching situation was evaluated.SPSS 18.0 software was used for paired t test.Results(1)The experimental group receiving surgery simulation system combined with 3D printing technology training had better scores than the control group receiving traditional training in four aspects:ear anatomy,basic features of microscopic instruments,surgical indications and contraindications,and standardized surgical procedures,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).(2)The experimental group receiving surgery simulation system combined with 3D printing technology training had better evaluation and feedback scores than the control group receiving traditional training in five aspects:whether they can stimulate their interest in this subject,improve their learning initiative,improve team consciousness of group members,improve their application level of office software,and cultivate their ability to look up and organize data.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Surgical simulation system combined with 3D printing technology can improve the effect of ear teaching and the quality of teaching.
