摘  要:目的探讨基于LEARNS模式的健康教育联合SHOW模式在缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年4月在河南省人民医院住院治疗的ICVD患者180例,按随机数字表法等分为两组。对照组接受基于LEARNS模式的健康教育,观察组在此基础上加用SHOW模式。比较两组患者入院时和出院时的日常生活能力(Barthel指数)、药物服用行为评分(Morisky-Green测试)和ACEF评分。结果两组患者入院时日常生活能力、药物服用行为评分、ACEF评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院时,观察组患者的日常生活能力、药物服用行为评分高于对照组,ACEF评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于LEARNS模式的健康教育联合SHOW模式在ICVD患者中的应用可以提高患者的日常生活能力、药物服用行为,降低患者的ACEF评分,有利于改善患者的预后和生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on LEARNS model combined with SHOW model in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD).Methods A total of 180 patients with ICVD who were hospitalized in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received health education based on LEARNS model,and the observation group received SHOW model on this basis.The daily living ability(Barthel index),medication adherence behavior score(Morisky-Green test),ACEF score of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results No notable discrepancies were observed between the two groups in terms of daily living ability,medication adherence behavior score,and ACEF score prior to the intervention(P>0.05).Following the intervention,the medication adherence behavior score in the observation group exceeded that of the control group,while the ACEF score was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education based on LEARNS model combined with SHOW model in patients with ICVD can improve their daily living ability,medication adherence behavior,reduce their ACEF score,and improve their prognosis and quality of life.
