摘　　要：目的探讨风险识别理念支持下预见性护理在新生儿高胆红素血症(NHB)患儿中的应用效果。方法纳入2022年4月至2024年4月于河南省人民医院行蓝光照射治疗的98例NHB患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组(实施常规护理,49例)和观察组(在常规护理基础上加用风险识别理念支持下预见性护理,49例),两组均干预至出院。比较两组风险事件、康复指标、家属满意度[纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)]。结果观察组风险事件发生率更低(P<0.05)。观察组胎便转黄、黄疸消退及住院时间更短(P<0.05)。观察组家属NSNS评分更高(P<0.05)。结论风险识别理念支持下预见性护理可降低NHB患儿蓝光照射治疗期间风险事件发生率,加快患儿康复进程,提高家属满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing supported by risk identification concept in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(NHB)patients.Methods A total of 98 children with NHB who underwent blue light irradiation treatment at Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing,49 cases)and an observation group(receiving predictive nursing supported by risk identification concept on the basis of routine nursing,49 cases).Both groups were intervened until discharge.The risk events,rehabilitation indicators and family satisfaction[Newcastle nursing satisfaction scale(NSNS)]were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of risk events in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The observation group showed yellowing of fetal stool,disappearance of jaundice,and shorter hospitalization time(P<0.05).The NSNS scores of the observation group’s family members were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing supported by the concept of risk identification can reduce the incidence of risk events during blue light irradiation therapy in NHB patients,accelerate their recovery process,and improve family satisfaction.
