摘　　要：目的探讨分析宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者高危型宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与血清丙酮酸激酶M2型(PKM2)表达的关系。方法选取2022年3月1日至2023年3月1日在秦皇岛市第三医院治疗的108例CIN合并高危型HPV感染患者作为观察组;选取同期108例高危型HPV感染且未合并CIN的患者作为对照组。就诊时取患者宫颈分泌物检测分泌物中高危型HPV感染情况,并取其血清样本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清PKM2表达水平,分析其表达水平与宫颈上皮内瘤变合并高危型HPV感染的关系。结果108例CIN患者检测出296株高危型HPV感染病毒,包括HPV16(46株)、HPV18(22株)、HPV31(20株)、HPV33(12株)、HPV35(18株)、HPV39(36株)、HPV45(28株)、HPV51(26株)、HPV52(16株)、HPV56(8株)、HPV58(42株)、HPV59(10株)、HPV68(12株)。CIN患者宫颈分泌物高危型HPV感染病毒种类高于对照组(P<0.05),且不同组织级别患者高危型HPV感染病毒种类存在显著差异(P<0.05),CIN组织级别越高,高危型HPV多重感染发生情况增加(P<0.05)。CIN患者宫颈分泌物中高危型HPV载量和血清PKM2水平高于对照组(P<0.05),且不同组织级别患者高危型HPV载量和血清PKM2水平存在显著差异(P<0.05),CIN组织级别越高,高危型HPV载量越高,血清PKM2水平越高(P<0.05)。高危型HPV多重感染患者血清PKM2表达水平高于高危型HPV单一感染患者(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清PKM2与高危型HPV感染病毒种类和高危型HPV载量呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论CIN患者高危型HPV感染患者血清PKM2表达增加,其表达水平与患者高危型HPV感染程度密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between high-risk cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and serum pyruvate kinase M2(PKM2)expression in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods From March 1st,2022 to March 1st,2023,108 cases of CIN complicated with high-risk HPV infection treated in Qinhuangdao Third Hospital were taken as the observation group.Other 108 patients with high-risk HPV infection and without CIN treated in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.On admission,cervical secretions of patients were collected to detect high-risk HPV infection,and serum samples were collected.ELISA was used to detect the expression level of serum PKM2,and the relationship between the expression level and CIN combined with high-risk HPV infection was analyzed.Results Two hundred and ninety-six high-risk HPV infection viruses were detected in 108 patients with CIN.Including HPV16(46 strains),HPV18(22 strains),HPV31(20 strains),HPV33(12 strains),HPV35(18 strains),HPV39(36 strains),HPV45(28 strains),HPV51(26 strains),HPV52(16 strains),HPV56(8 strains),HPV58(42 strains),HPV59(10 strains),HPV68(12 strains).The types of high-risk HPV infection virus in cervical secretions of CIN patients were higher than those of control group(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the types of high-risk HPV infection virus among patients with different tissue levels(P<0.05).The higher the tissue level of CIN patients,the higher the incidence of multiple infection of high-risk HPV increased(P<0.05).High-risk HPV load and serum PKM2 level in cervical secretions of CIN patients were higher than those of control group(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in high-risk HPV load and serum PKM2 level among patients with different tissue levels(P<0.05).The higher the tissue level of CIN,the higher the load of high-risk HPV and the level of serum PKM2(P<0.05).The serum PKM2 expression level of high-risk HPV multiple infection patients was higher than that of high-risk HPV si
