摘  要:Distributional mapping of species is the most fundamental task in biodiversity assessment.Our previous lab works showed that when conducting fine-scale field sequential sampling,a first-order Markov chain model can perfectly match the sampling order of species(Chen et al.2019).This model has very elegant statistical properties,one of which is to derive a conspecific encounter index for measuring fine-scale multi-species distributional aggregation.
