摘　　要：习近平文化思想话语体系是习近平文化思想的话语承载与呈现,全面理解习近平文化思想话语体系的价值意蕴,内契于文化强国建设与中国式现代化文化形态塑造的需要,必须从多重维度出发加以分析与阐释。从基础理论维度而言,习近平文化思想话语体系进一步深化了中国特色话语体系认识、发展了中国特色社会主义文化思想、推进了习近平文化思想研究学理化体系化;从现实实践维度而言,习近平文化思想话语体系有助于在话语阐发中坚定社会主义文化自信与话语自信、在话语阐述中指明社会主义文化强国建设的践行路径、在话语阐明中梳理中国式现代化文化形态的逻辑进路;从世界文明维度而言,习近平文化思想话语体系的完善与发展满足于不断提升习近平文化思想世界影响力的需要,传播中华文化、塑造文明大国形象的需要,勘破西方文化话语霸权、形成社会主义意识形态话语权的需要。The discourse system of Xi Jinping thought on culture is the discourse bearing and presentation of Xi Jinping thought on culture,and a comprehensive understanding of the value implication of the discourse system of Xi Jinping thought on culture,which meets the needs of the construction of a strong cultural country and the shaping of a modernized Chinese-style cultural form,must be analyzed and interpreted from multiple dimensions.From the perspective of basic theoretical dimensions,Xi Jinping’s cultural ideological and discourse system further deepen the awareness of the discourse system with Chinese characteristics,develop socialist cultural ideas with Chinese characteristics,and promote Xi Jinping’s cultural ideological research to study the system.It helps to strengthen socialist cultural self-confidence and discourse self-confidence in discourse explanation,indicate the path of practicing the socialist cultural power in the discourse explanation,and sort out the logic of the modernization of Chinese culture in the discourse clarification;from the perspective of world civilization dimension Xi Jinping’s cultural and ideological discourse system is to continuously enhance the needs of Xi Jinping’s influence of the cultural and ideological world of Xi Jinping,spread the needs of Chinese culture,build the image of a large civilized country,break through western cultural discourse hegemony,and form a socialist ideological discourse right.
