粮食安全与国民健康背景下我国肥料产业创新的思考与探讨

摘　　要：粮食是人类生存和发展的基本保障,新中国成立75年来,我国实现了从“吃饱”到“吃好”的重大跃升,居民可拥有的食物数量与食物的丰富性有了较大的提升,国民整体营养水平有了较大改善。但同时,我国居民的疾病谱也在发生着重大的变化,一些慢性非传染性疾病(慢病)逐渐成为影响我国居民健康的主要疾病,并带来了沉重的社会负担。70%的慢病发生与营养的不平衡摄入有关。目前在我国,营养显性过剩和隐性不足是造成国民营养问题的两大主要食物因素。“五谷杂粮”是食物的基础,肥料作为作物的营养来源,是实现粮食安全与国民健康的重要保障。在新时代“粮食安全”与“国民健康”需平衡发展的新课题背景下,肥料产业需立足国民健康需求,从肥料的营养本质出发,借助跨学科研究和跨界合作路径,探寻一条“在安全的基础上吃饱,在健康的基础上吃好”的以食疗服务人类健康需求的肥料配方和时空推进方案,以更好地贡献人类健康。Food is the basic guarantee for human survival and development.In the 75 years since the founding of the People′s Republic of China,the country has achieved a significant leap from"survival eating"to"comprehensive eating".The quantity and richness of food available to residents have greatly improved,and the overall nutritional level of the population has greatly improved.However,at the same time,the disease spectrum of Chinese residents is undergoing significant changes,with some chronic non-communicable diseases(chronic disease)gradually becoming the main diseases affecting the health of Chinese residents and bringing heavy social burdens.70%of chronic diseases are related to imbalanced nutrient intake.At present,in China,explicit over nutrition and implicit under nutrition are the two main food factors causing national nutrition problems.Mixed grains are the foundation of food,and fertilizers,as a source of nutrition for crops,are an important guarantee for achieving food security and national health.In the context of the new era′s balanced development of"food security"and"national health",the fertilizer industry needs to be based on the needs of national health,starting from the nutritional essence of fertilizers,and using interdisciplinary research and cross-border cooperation paths to explore fertilizer formula and spatiotemporal promotion plan that serves human health needs through dietary therapy,with the goal of"eating on a safe basis and eating well on a healthy basis",in order to better contribute to human health.
