摘 要:锶是人体必需的微量营养素之一,是多种组织和器官的重要组成成分,在人体中发挥着极其重要的生理功能。综述了环境中锶元素的形态、我国锶资源的分布及其在农产品中的富集作用;梳理了锶通过土壤-植物-食物链进入人体后,在人体内的分布与代谢,以及对心血管疾病、骨质疏松症等非传染性慢性病的治疗功效。并指出通过食物链提升人体内锶含量,促进人体健康是未来重点研究的方向之一。Strontium is one of the essential micronutrients,an important component of many tissues and organs,and plays an extremely important physiological function in the human body.The morphology of strontium in the environment,the distribution of strontium resources in China and its enrichment in agricultural products are reviewed.The distribution and metabolism of strontium in the human body after entering the human body through the soil-plant-food chain and its therapeutic efficacy for non-communicable chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases and osteoporosis are sorted out.It is also pointed out that the enhancement of strontium content in the human body through the food chain and the promotion of human health is one of the key research directions in the future.
