摘  要:散光矫正型人工晶状体(Toric IOL)因其可预测性和有效性已成为白内障合并角膜散光患者的主要选择。只有当Toric IOL轴处于预定位置时,才能达到最佳矫正效果。Toric IOL发生旋转是影响患者视觉质量的主要因素。本文将引起Toric IOL术后发生旋转的相关因素进行总结分析,以便临床医师更好地在术前或术中结合患者个体差异、晶状体型号的选择以及手术技巧等多因素考虑,减少Toric IOL发生旋转的可能,从而提高屈光性白内障手术成功率。Toric intraocular lens(IOL)have become the main choice for patients with cataract and corneal astigmatism due to their predictability and effectiveness.The best correction can only be achieved when the Toric IOL axis is in a predetermined position.Toric IOL rotation is a major factor affecting the quality of a patient’s vision.This article summarizes and analyzes the relevant factors contributing to Toric IOL rotation after surgery,so that clinicians can better combine the individual differences of patients,lens model selection and surgical skills preoperatively and intraoperatively to minimize the risk of Toric IOL rotation,and ultimately improve the success rate of refractive cataract surgery.
