摘 要:为探究盐度以及接种密度对牟氏角毛藻(Chaetoceros muelleri)生长的影响,采用单因子试验方法研究了不同盐度和接种密度对牟氏角毛藻生长和细胞生化组成的影响以及牟氏角毛藻接种密度对水体中氮、磷元素去除效果的影响。试验结果显示,盐度和接种密度对牟氏角毛藻的生长速率、蛋白质和脂肪质量分数均有显著影响(P<0.05)。在盐度20的培育条件下,牟氏角毛藻的比生长速率最大,达到(0.117±0.001)/d,而盐度15与盐度20组的比生长速率相近,两组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);在盐度15的培育条件下,牟氏角毛藻的蛋白质和总脂质量分数均最高。当接种密度为0.694×10^(6)cells/mL时,牟氏角毛藻的比生长速率最大,达到了(0.210±0.001)/d,同时,对水体中NH_(4)^(+)-N、NO_(3)^(-)-N、PO_(4)^(3-)-P的去除率也最高,且均显著高于其他接种密度试验组(P<0.05),分别为(97.75±0.18)%、(76.64±0.35)%、(96.70±0.35)%。结果表明,牟氏角毛藻大规模培育可以选择在盐度15~20、接种密度为0.694×10^(6)cells/mL的条件下进行。To investigate the effects of salinity and inoculation density on the growth of Chaetoceros muelleri,a single-factor experiment was conducted to study the effects of different salinity and inoculation density on the growth and cellular biochemical composition of C.muelleri,as well as the effects of inoculation densities on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus in the water.The results showed that different salinity and inoculation density had significant effects on the specific growth rate(SGR),protein,and fat content of C.muelleri(P<0.05).Under the cultivation conditions with 20 salinity,the maximum SGR of C.muelleri was(0.117±0.001)/d,there was no significant difference between 15 salinity and 20 salinity groups(P>0.05).The proportion of protein and total fat of C.muelleri was the highest under the cultivation condition with 15 salinity.When the inoculation density was 0.694×10^(6)cells/mL,the SGR of C.muelleri was the highest,reaching(0.210±0.001)/d.Meanwhile,the removal rates of NH_(4)^(+)-N,NO_(3)^(-)-N and PO_(4)^(3-)-P in the water were also the highest,and significantly exceeded those of other inoculation density groups(P<0.05),which were(97.75±0.18)%,(76.64±0.35)%and(96.70±0.35)%,respectively.In conclusion,large-scale cultivation of C.muelleri could be carried out under the conditions of 15-20 salinity and inoculation density of 0.694×10^(6)cells/mL.
