摘 要:心流理论是指当个体投入某项活动时产生的一种完全沉浸其中、不知时间流逝的心理状态。在太极拳教学中,常以技术动作为主导,忽略学生心理状态,而练习者是否能长期坚持练习太极拳,心理状态是决定性因素。文章提出在太极拳教学中引入心流理论,关注学生在练习太极拳时的心理变化,以心流体验为切入点,对太极拳教学中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的优化策略,促进学生形成良好的学习状态。Flow theory refers to a mental state that occurs when an individual engages in an activity,completely immersed in it,and does not know the passage of time.In Taijiquan teaching,technical movements are often used as the main factor,and students'psychological state is ignored.However,whether a practitioner can persist in practicing Taijiquan for a long time is the main decisive factor.Introduce flow theory in Taijiquan teaching,and pay attention to the psychological changes of students when practicing Taijiquan.The study takes the flow experience as the starting point,analyzes the problems existing in Tai Chi teaching,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies to promote the formation of students'good learning state.
