摘  要:针对机器人、火炮系统等以位置为控制目标的永磁同步电机伺服控制系统,搭建一种基于模型设计的永磁同步电机位置环分数阶控制系统.通过分数阶比例积分控制器替代传统比例积分控制器完成位置环控制,并采用基于模型设计开发方式实现代码自动生成.通过动态仿真与实际测试证明,设计的控制系统具有良好的动态性能与控制精度,同时验证了所使用的基于模型设计的开发方式的有效性.该方法可降低算法开发难度,提高开发效率,具有广泛的应用前景.A fractional-order control system was developed employing the model-based design for the position loop of permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM),in response to the servo control systems of PMSM that were aimed at position control in applications such as robotics and artillery systems.This system incorporated a fractional-order proportional-integral controller,supplanting the conventional proportional-integral controller to achieve position loop control.Furthermore,it utilized a model-based design methodology to facilitate automatic code generation.Through dynamic simulation and empirical testing,it was demonstrated that the designed control system exhibited excellent dynamic performance and control precision.Additionally,the effectiveness of the employed model-based design development approach was validated,highlighting its potential to reduce the complexity of the algorithm development,enhance development efficiency,and demonstrate broad application prospects.
