摘　　要：《尚书》及其经解的“大食物观”以食物资源的基础性、多样性以及可持续性作为立论基础、实践路径和发展模式。首先,“大食物观”通过“五行”及其发用流行阐明食物资源的民生基础性;通过“农”“食”为官职之首阐明食物资源的政制基础性;通过“食”的精神属性阐明食物资源的教化基础性。其次,其通过“大禹治水”经文及其诠释,从种类、途径以及形式阐明食物资源的多样性。最后,其又聚焦生产、消费及储备三大环节阐明食物资源的可持续性。《尚书》及其经解的“大食物观”是新时代“大食物观”的优秀传统文化根基,也是当代中国农业发展与生态文明建设的重要镜鉴。An all-encompassing approach to food in ShangShu and its interpretations takes the fundamentality,diversity and sustainability of food resources as the basis of argument,practical path and development model.Firstly,it clarifies the fundamentality of people’s livelihood through the“five elements”and their manifestations and prevalence;clarifies the fundamentality of the political system by taking“agriculture”and“food”as the top positions of official duties;and clarifies the fundamentality of enlightenment through the spiritual attribute of“food”.Secondly,through the text of“Yu the Great controls the Flood”and its interpretation,they illustrate the diversity from the types,ways and forms of food resources.Finally,they also focus on food resources,explaining sustainability from the production,consumption and storage.An all-encompassing approach to food in ShangShu and its interpretations have become the excellent traditional cultural foundation of the“big food concept”in the new era,and also an important mirror of contemporary China’s agricultural development and ecological civilization construction.
