摘　　要：目的探讨基于疾病诊断相关分组(diagnosis related groups,DRG)住院病案首页数据质量的持续改进方法。方法选取2022年1—12月梓潼县人民医院的50名工作人员为研究对象。2022年1—6月实施常规管理,设为实施前;2022年7—12月实施PDCA改进计划,设为实施后。两个时间段分别选取500份住院病案,比较实施前后住院病案首页数据的缺陷率及工作人员管理质量。结果实施PDCA改进计划后,住院病案首页数据的总缺陷率为20.00%(100/500),低于实施前的43.20%(216/500),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.937,P<0.05);工作人员提高认知、系统培训、前端及末端质控、完善检查栏评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于DRG住院病案首页数据质量的持续改进方法具有积极意义,可减少病案缺陷发生率,提高首页数据质量。Objective To explore methods for continuous improvement of inpatient case front page data quality based on diagnosis related groups(DRG).Methods A total of 50 staff members from Zitong County People's Hospital were selected as study subjects from January to December 2022.Routine management was implemented from January to June 2022,which was set as the pre-implementation period,and the PDCA improvement program was implemented from July to December 2022,which was set as the post-implementation period.500 inpatient cases were selected for each of the two time periods.Compared the rate of data deficiencies on inpatient case front pages and the quality of staff management before and after implementation.Results After the implementation of the PDCA improvement program,the total defect rate of inpatient case home page data was 20.00%(100/500),which was lower than 43.20%(216/500)before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.937,P<0.05);the scores of staff improvement of cognition,systematic training,front-end and end-end quality control,and improvement of the checking column were higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous improvement methodology based on DRG inpatient case front page data quality has positive implications for reducing the incidence of case defects and improving the quality of front page data.
