摘  要:目的探讨6S模式在老年科护理管理中对护理质量持续改进的影响。方法选取2022年1—12月于济南市济阳区人民医院老年科工作的6名护理人员作为常规组,实施常规管理;选取2023年1—12月同一批护理人员作为探究组,实施基于6S模式的管理策略。比较两组工作质量、职业压力水平、工作满意度。结果探究组工作质量总分(96.33±1.12)分高于常规组(93.46±1.29)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.115,P<0.05);探究组职业压力评分低于常规组,工作满意度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论6S模式在老年科护理管理中的应用不仅能够显著提升护理质量和工作效率,还能有效降低护理人员的职业压力,并提高其工作满意度。Objective To explore the impact of 6S model on the continuous improvement of nursing quality in the nursing management of geriatrics department.Methods Six nursing staff working in the Geriatric Department of Jiyang People's Hospital of Jinan from January to December 2022 were selected as the routine group with routine management;the same nursing staff from January to December 2023 were selected as the exploratory group with 6S model implemented.The quality of work,occupational stress level and job satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Re⁃sults The total work quality score of exploratory group was 96.33±1.12,higher than 93.46±1.29 of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.115,P<0.05).The occupational stress score of exploratory group were lower than that of the conventional group,the job satisfaction score were higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 6S model in geriatric nursing management can not only significantly improve the quality of nursing care and work efficiency,but also effectively reduce the occupational stress of nursing staff and improve their job satisfaction.
