摘 要:目的探讨责任分层管理模式对县级疾控中心工作人员工作质量及卫生应急能力的提升效果。方法选取敦煌市疾病预防控制中心工作的34名工作人员作为研究对象,2021年1月—2022年6月实施传统管理模式,设为传统组;2022年7月—2023年12月实施责任分层管理模式,设为探究组。比较两组工作质量、卫生应急能力、管理满意度。结果探究组工作质量评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组卫生应急能力评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组管理满意度为100.00%(34/34),高于传统组的82.35%(28/34),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.570,P<0.05)。结论责任分层管理模式相较于传统管理模式,在提升县级疾控中心工作人员的工作质量、卫生应急能力及工作满意度方面表现出显著优势。Objective To explore the effect of responsibility hierarchical management mode on the improvement of work quality and health emergency response ability of staff in county-level CDC.Methods Thirty-four staff members working in Dunhuang Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected as the research objects.From January 2021 to June 2022,the traditional management mode was implemented and set as the traditional group.From July 2022 to December 2023,the responsibility hierarchical management mode was implemented and set as the inquiry group.The work quality,health emergency response ability and management statisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of work scores of the inquiry group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of health emergency response ability in the inquiry group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the inquiry group was 100.00%(34/34),which was higher than 82.35%(28/34)of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.570,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional management mode,the responsibility hierarchical management mode has significant advantages in improving the quality of work,health emergency response ability and job satisfaction of the staff of the county-level CDC.
