摘  要:目的探究线上线下联合教学法在耳鼻咽喉科临床实习中的应用效果。方法选取2023年3月—2024年6月在北京中医药大学东方医院耳鼻喉科实习的120名学生为研究对象,根据教学方式不同分为探究组和对照组,每组60名。探究组采用线上线下联合教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,比较两组学生的专业考核成绩和教学计划调查问卷满意度。结果探究组专业理论考核成绩为(88.78±3.75)分,专业技能操作成绩(85.68±3.90)分,均高于对照组的(72.32±5.72)分、(71.13±5.69)分,差异有统计学意义(t=18.638、16.343,P均<0.05)。教学计划满意度调查问卷结果显示,探究组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论线上线下联合教学法在耳鼻咽喉科临床实习中教学效果更佳,巩固和提高学生理论知识的同时,提升了学生临床诊断和操作技能水平,教学效果较好。Objective To explore the application effect of online and offline combined teaching method in clinical practice of otolaryngology.Methods From March 2023 to June 2024,120 students in the Department of Otolaryngology of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into inquiry group and control group,with 60 students in each group.The inquiry group adopted the online and offline combined teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The professional assessment results and the satisfaction of the teaching plan questionnaire were compared between the two groups.Results The score of professional theoretical assessment and professional skill operation in inquiry group were 88.78±3.75,85.68±3.90,which were higher than 72.32±5.72,71.13±5.69 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=18.638,16.343,both P<0.05).The results of the teaching plan satisfaction questionnaire showed that the total satisfaction of the inquiry group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The online and offline combined teaching method has better teaching effect in the clinical practice of otolaryngology.While consolidating and improving students'theoretical knowledge,it improves students'clinical diagnosis and operation skills,and the teaching effect is better.
