摘　　要：本研究聚焦于PDCA循环理论在公立医院人员招聘中的应用途径,其中,PDCA循环包括计划、执行、检查、处理四个阶段,能有效提升招聘的科学性和系统性。在公立医院人员招聘中,在计划阶段明确精准的招聘目标与标准,为后续招聘工作奠定基础。执行阶段确保招聘信息广泛传播、简历筛选高效公正、考试面试科学严谨以及录用决策合理准确。检查阶段对招聘效果进行全面评估,收集反馈以发现问题。处理阶段总结经验教训,持续改进招聘工作流程和方法。将PDCA循环理论应用于公立医院人员招聘,有助于提高招聘质量和效率,为医院选拔出符合发展需求的优秀人才,提升医院的核心竞争力和医疗服务水平,推动公立医院在新时代实现可持续发展,为公立医院人员招聘提供了新的思路和方法。This study focuses on the application of PDCA cycle theory in the recruitment of public hospitals.Among them,PDCA cycle includes four stages:planning,execution,inspection and processing,which can effectively improve the scientificity and systematicness of recruitment.In the recruitment of public hospital personnel,clear and accurate recruitment objectives and standards through the planning stage lay the foundation for subsequent recruitment.The implementation stage ensures that the recruitment information is widely disseminated,the resume screening is efficient and fair,the examination interview is scientific and rigorous,and the recruitment decision is reasonable and accurate.The inspection stage conducts a comprehensive assessment of the recruitment effect and collects feedback to find problems.Summing up the experience and lessons in the processing stage,and continuously improving the recruitment workflow and methods.Applying the PDCA cycle theory to the recruitment of public hospital personnel is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of recruitment,select excellent talents for the hospital to meet the development needs,improve the core competitiveness and medical service level of the hospital,promote the sustainable development of public hospitals in the new era,and provide new ideas and methods for the recruitment of public hospital personnel.
