摘 要:只要有测量结果,就会有测量结果的不确定度。测量不确定度的评定主要遵循计量技术规范JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》。随着科学技术不断进步以及测量要求日益严苛,测量不确定度评定在理论和实践方面持续演进。早期,测量结果的准确性更多依赖简单的误差分析;如今,测量不确定度评定体系更为完善,涵盖了对各类影响因素的全面考量,其评定方法和理念也在不断优化,以适应多领域复杂测量场景的需求,为检测数据的可靠性提供更坚实的保障。由于检测人员对测量不确定度评定的认识不同,导致同专业的检测人员对相同的检测结果,其评定出的不确定度存在不一致的情况。测量不确定度必须正确评定,不能过大,也不能过小,要在一个合理的范围。作为一名检测人员正确评定检测项目的不确定度是迫在眉睫的。Wherever there are measurement results,there is uncertainty in the measurement results.The evaluation of measurement uncertainty mainly follows the technical JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty.With the continuous progress of science and technology and the increasingly measurement requirements,the evaluation of measurement uncertainty has been continuously evolving in both theory and practice.In the early days,the accuracy of measurement results relied more on simple error;today,the evaluation system of measurement uncertainty is more perfect,covering a comprehensive consideration of various influencing factors,and its evaluation methods and concepts are also constantly optimized to the needs of complex measurement scenarios in various fields,providing a more solid guarantee for the reliability of test data.Due to the different understandings of the evaluation of measurement by testing personnel,there is inconsistency in the uncertainty evaluated by the same professional testing personnel for the same testing results.Measurement uncertainty must be correctly evaluated,not too large not too small,but within a reasonable range.It is imperative for a testing personnel to correctly evaluate the uncertainty of the testing items。
