论中国特色学徒制的文化传承功能

摘　　要：中国特色学徒制具有文化属性,中国特色学徒制具有文化传承功能。本文从文化的结构要素、文化的类型领域两方面论述了中国特色学徒制的文化传承功能。提出了中国特色学徒制的文化传承功能的实现需要从认识到文化传承功能在中国特色学徒制本体功能中的地位、中国特色学徒制教育内容设计中的文化要素融入、企业师傅在中国特色学徒制教育过程中自觉融入文化教育、中国特色学徒制教育环境设计中植入文化载体四方面着手。Apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics is of cultural attributes,and it is also of cultural inheritance function.This paper discusses the cultural inheritance function of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics from two aspects of the structural elements of culture and the type fields of culture.It proposes that the realization of the cultural inheritance function of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics needs to start from the aspects of recognizing the status of the cultural inheritance function in the ontology function of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,integrating cultural elements in the educational content design of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,consciously integrating cultural education by enterprise masters in the process of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,and implanting cultural carriers in the educational environment design of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.
