绿色低碳视域下新能源汽车产教联合体的运行模式研究

摘　　要：市域产教联合体是职业教育实现高质量发展的必然要求,本文以天津市西青区新能源汽车联合体为研究对象,在绿色低碳的视角下,通过组织机制、运作模式、行业特点、技术创新、人才培养等维度的研究,构建了为提升区域经济发展和技术技能人才适应性的“365+N”绿色低碳与产教联合体融合发展的运行模式,以期为市域产教联合体建设提供借鉴。Municipal industry-education consortium is an inevitable requirement for vocational education to achieve high-quality development.This paper takes the new energy vehicle consortium in Xiqing District of Tianjin as the research object and studies its organizational mechanism,operation mode,industry characteristics,technological innovation,talent training and other dimensions from green and low-carbon perspective.It constructs an operation mode of"365+N"green and low-carbon integrated development with the production and education consortium to enhance the regional economic development and the adaptability of technical and skilled talents,hoping to provide reference for the construction of municipal industry-education consortium.
